How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions shed with your natural lashes, losing a few daily. Most clients book fills every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain their set.
What is the difference between the types of lash extensions?
Classic lashes apply one extension per natural lash for a clean natural effect. Volume lashes apply a fan of 2 to 7 ultra-fine extensions per lash for more dramatic fullness. Hybrid lashes combine both techniques for a textured result. Specialty lashes such as angel, mega, fairy, clover, are also available! Bring your inspo photos and your lash artist can create your dream set with you.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
When applied correctly by a certified lash artist, extensions do not damage natural lashes. Each extension is applied to a single, isolated natural lash using professional adhesive. Damage only occurs from improper application, lashes that are too heavy for your natural lashes, or pulling/picking at the extensions.
How should I prepare for my lash appointment?
Arrive with completely clean lashes and eye area. Avoid mascara, strip lash adhesive, and oil-based skincare products around the eyes for 24 hours beforehand, as oils interfere with adhesive bonding. Please also skip caffeine before your appointment to avoid your lids fluttering.
How is a lash lift different from extensions?
A lash lift is a your-lashes-but-better treatment, curling your natural lashes, no extensions needed. It gives your natural lashes a lifted, wide-open appearance for up to 6-8 weeks and is often paired with a lash tint for added definition.
Can I wear mascara?
Avoid mascara with lash extensions as it can break down the adhesive, cause clumping, and make them difficult to clean. You can wear it with a lash lift after 24 hours - expect the best mascara of your life!
