Our Story
Lasting Links: A Mother-Daughter Duo
Lasting Links was founded by Carol Ann and Natalie, a mother-daughter team who love connecting through permanent jewelry.
Carol Ann is a retired teacher, and Natalie is a lash artist and co-owner of The Ivy. What began as a shared love for permanent jewelry has grown into a business that allows us to travel throughout the Northeast, meet incredible people, and be part of your celebrations, from bridal parties to vendor fairs and special events.
We believe permanent jewelry is more than a trendy accessory. It’s a symbol of love, friendship, milestones, and the memories that stay with you. Whether you get your piece together with a loved one, at an event, or as a symbol of something close to your heart, we’re honored to be part of your story.
We got our first permanent bracelets in memory of someone very special to us, Julie, who is forever in our hearts. In her honor, we donate a portion of every purchase to ovarian cancer research.

Permanent Jewelry Q&A
Does getting permanent jewelry hurt?
No. The micro-weld closes the chain without touching your skin and with a leather protective patch, so you don’t feel it. The appointment is quick, comfortable, and painless.
What metals do you offer?
We use premium materials, high quality 14K gold filled and 925 sterling silver chains and charms. These are the industry standard, because they are durable, tarnish-resistant and hypo-allergenic.
Can permanent jewelry be removed?
Yes. If you need to remove it for work, sports, medical imaging, or preference, simply cut the chain at the welded jump ring with nail clippers or wire cutters and save it for a future re-weld if desired.
Can I get a piece repaired that I purchased elsewhere?
Yes, we can usually do foreign repairs but it depends on the chain and condition of the piece. The repair fee is $25 if the piece was not originally purchased from us.
Can I book permanent jewelry for a party?
Yes. Lasting Links can come to birthdays, bachelorettes, girls’ nights, corporate events, and private gatherings. Use the booking form and choose Party / Group Event.
